The Autonomous event, which this year was held on 29th of September 2021 at The Hofburg, the Imperial Palace in Vienna, brought together the world’s major mobility stakeholders to shape the future of safe autonomous vehicles. This year’s event slogan was “Untying the knot”, in other words, solving these complex challenges by sharing knowledge, engaging in conversations, and creating an inclusive international community to pave the way for safe autonomous mobility. The flagship event tackling the biggest challenges for safe autonomous mobility included: hybrid panel discussions, inspiring keynotes, in-person workshops, virtual roundtables, and networking opportunities. PRYSTINE project was presented in a workshop, which discussed the role and importance that R&D plays in the innovation process. PRYSTINE project was represented by George Dimitrakopoulos from Infineon Technologies AG and Anna Ryabokon from TTTech Computertechnik AG, who highlighted developments of the project in “PRYSTINE: Key safety challenges & result” presentation.
Metis Baltic Managing director Athanasios Giamas and Director of Research and Innovation Gabrielė Keraitė also participated in this event. As communication and dissemination managers of the project they strived to create valuable connections through networking and other social activities, that would not benefit this as well as other projects in the future.
